NAME BADGES
All participants and accompanying persons are asked to wear their name badges in a visible place. Entrance to sessions is restricted to registered delegates only. Entrance to meeting halls, poster and exhibition areas will be limited to badge holders.
EXHIBITION
During the Meeting, commercial exhibition will take place in the premises of the Meeting Venue.
VISUAL EQUIPMENT
All meeting halls will be equipped with overhead and data projectors, as well as PC for speakers needs. All speakers are kindly requested to check and deliver their presentations to the visual reception at least one hour prior to their presentation. Due to changes in computer configuration, laptops will not be accommodated.
